About the Event

The Premier Chiropractic Sports Medicine Event

The 2026 ACBSP Chiropractic Sports Sciences Symposium is the premier gathering for sports-medicine chiropractors and clinicians advancing their expertise in athletic performance, rehab, and injury management. Taking place at Parker University in Dallas, the Symposium attracts 300 highly engaged attendees for four days of lectures, hands-on workshops, and cutting-edge clinical education. In addition to its robust program, the event provides vendors with meaningful opportunities to interact with attendees through dedicated vendor breaks and a Friday luncheon followed by our evening Vendor Reception —making it an ideal setting to showcase products, build relationships, and grow brand visibility.

Exhibitor Schedule

Thursday – April 23, 2026

8:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Exhibitor booth setup
12:00 – 1:00 PM: Vendor move-in. Attendees are welcome to visit the exhibitor hall prior to the 1:00 PM speaker session
3:00 – 3:30 PM: Dedicated attendee break for visiting vendor booths
6:00 – 8:00 PM: ACBSP Social Hour — all attendees and vendors are welcome

Friday – April 24, 2026

7:30 – 8:00 AM: Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy complimentary breakfast snacks and beverages while visiting with vendors before sessions begin.
10:15 – 11:00 AM: Dedicated attendee break for visiting vendor booths
12:00 – 1:30 PM: Sponsored Lunch, AGM & Awards: All attendees and vendors are invited
3:30 – 4:15 PM: Dedicated attendee break for visiting vendor booths
5:15 – 6:45 PM: Vendor Social & Reception

Saturday – April 25, 2026

7:15 – 8:00 AM: Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy complimentary breakfast snacks and beverages while visiting with vendors before sessions begin.
10:00 – 10:30 AM: Dedicated attendee break for visiting vendor booths
12:30 – 2:00 PM: Lunch on campus. Attendees are encouraged to visit the exhibitor hall during this time as well
2:15 – 4:00 PM: Vendor move out

Each 10×10 booth includes a 6-foot draped table, two chairs, and one trash can. Exhibitors must remain within their designated space; additional space may be purchased for an added fee. Booth registration also provides one conference pass, company recognition on event signage, and access to the vendor reception—offering valuable networking and brand-building opportunities.
Booth locations will be assigned once both the registration form and payment are received. Assignments are made in the order registrations are submitted, with priority placement given to Platinum and Gold sponsors. The online registration form will ask you to select your top five booth choices in order of preference, and we will make every effort to accommodate your selections.
