Application Package Essentials
To complete your application package for the November 2, 2024 CCSP® & DACBSP® exams, you must submit the following documents by the deadline of September 30, 2024:
- Official Transcript: Ensure your transcript qualifies you for the exam and is sent directly from your educational institution.
- DC License: A copy of your Doctor of Chiropractic license, valid through the exam date of November 2, 2024.
- CPR Certification: A copy of your healthcare provider level CPR card, which must include a hands-on component and be valid through November 2, 2024.
- Candidate & Certificate Agreement: Located on registration page
All documents must be received by the national office by the application deadline. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Practice Exam Requirement
Prepare for Success
Before taking the actual exam, you are required to complete a practice exam to familiarize yourself with the exam process and platform. This practice exam is crucial for ensuring that your computer setup is compatible with the remote-proctored, computer-based exam format.
The practice exam will be available from October 14 – 18, 2024, and should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. To register for the practice exam, please use the following link below:

Payment Process & Deadlines
If you are paying via check, please ensure that your payment is received by the national office by the application deadline of September 30, 2024. Checks should be made payable to the ACBSP and mailed to the address provided in your application instructions.
For candidates using a Master of Science (MS) degree as eligibility to sit for the exam, please note that your transcripts will undergo an individual review process for approval. Make sure to submit all necessary documentation promptly to avoid any delays.
All exam candidates must have completed a hands-on Emergency Procedures course, and it must be current. Ensure that all your documents and payments are submitted on time to avoid any issues with your application.
Emergency Procedures Requirement
Mandatory Hands-On Training
To ensure all candidates are fully prepared for the practical aspects of the certification exams, completing a hands-on Emergency Procedures course is mandatory. This course is designed to equip you with the essential skills needed to handle emergency situations effectively. The training must be current and cover all critical emergency response protocols. This requirement is non-negotiable and must be fulfilled prior to the exam application date.
Additionally, candidates must ensure that their CPR certification includes a hands-on component, as online-only certifications will not be accepted. This hands-on experience is crucial for ensuring that you are capable of performing life-saving techniques under pressure.

Join the Written Exam Committee Q&A
The Written Exam Committee will host a Q&A session to address any questions or concerns you may have about the upcoming exams. This session is an invaluable opportunity to gain insights directly from the examiners and clarify any uncertainties.
Before attending the Q&A session on October 4, 2024, it is mandatory to watch the orientation video available on the ACBSP website. The video covers essential information about the exam process, and questions addressed in the video will not be repeated during the Q&A. This ensures that the session is productive and focused on new queries.
The Q&A session will be held on October 4, 2024 at 9pm Eastern, and all candidates are encouraged to participate. Zoom link will be sent with confirmation email. This is your chance to interact with the committee and get personalized advice on your preparation strategy.
