That Board Decision permanently revokes Dr. Ferrell’s prior CCSP certification, and permanently disqualifies him from future ACBSP certification. The disciplinary actions concerning Dr. Ferrell were issued by the Board of Directors based on its findings that he had violated the following ACBSP ethical conduct standards, policies, and agreements: Code of Ethics Sections A.2, A.5, G.1, and G.5; Ethics Case Procedures Section titled General Provisions, Subsection 5; and, Section 4 of the Certificant and Candidate Agreement and Release. |
