The exhibitor floor plan is available below the registration form. If you are purchasing a sponsorship that includes a booth, but you want to decline the booth, please indicate your intention below.

  • All booths are $1,000.
  • You must exhibit within your allotted space.  If more room is needed, then an additional charge will be incurred for an additional booth.  Also included in the exhibit booth purchase is one complimentary conference registration and recognition of your company’s sponsorship in onsite signage.
  • The online registration form will ask you to select your first and second choice of exhibition area. Booth location will be assigned in the order that sponsor or vendor registrations, including payment, are received. Please read the information below and review the hotel map and floor plans linked below to determine your first and second choice of location. We will do our best to meet your needs; however, space in each area is limited.

Exhibitor and Sponsor Rules and Regulations

The online registration form will ask that you attest to your reading, understanding, and agreeing to the following terms. Please read this information carefully before completing the registration form.

There will be no refunds after March 1, 2024. 

Subleasing and sharing of exhibit space is not permitted and exhibitors should confine their exhibit activities to the space for which they have contracted. 

Exhibits must conform to the fire, safety and health regulations of the city in which this conference is held and all materials used in the exhibit hall, including decorations/constructions must be flame proof. 

The ACBSP™ will not assume liability or responsibility for damage, loss or injury to an exhibit, exhibitor or representative caused by fire, theft, utility malfunction and accident or labor dispute. An exhibitor is liable for any damage his exhibit or personnel causes to the property.

* Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted by March 6, 2024 to [email protected], to be eligible for a refund and are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Requests received after this date will NOT be accepted. Refunds will be processed after the symposium is complete. Please allow up to six (6) weeks for refunds to be issued.
