Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Individual reservations may be canceled without penalty outside of 48 hours prior to arrival. If canceled within 48 hours of arrival the Hotel will charge for the first night's room and tax. Please note that a no-show will be charged one night's room and tax.

Registration Cancellation Policy:
Please notify us if your plans should need to change. Cancellations received in writing/email prior to 4/7/17 will receive a 50% refund minus the $50 non-refundable processing fee. No refunds for cancellations after 4/7/17 or for no-shows.

Saturday April 22: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm: Symposium general session, awards luncheon, evening research poster presentations and reception
Sunday April 23: 7:30 am - 11:30 am: Symposium general session
*Tours of the Olympic Training Center Sports Medicine Clinic and Gift Shop will take place on Sunday, April 23, 2017 from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Registered symposium attendees can select their tour time from the available time slots listed on the symposium registration form. LIMITED SPACE IS AVAILABLE. Changes to time slots will only be accepted if space is still available.
CEUs for CCSP® and DACBSP® certificants will be available. State re-licensure CE hours will be applied for from all states except Arizona. CE credits will be applied for through Southern California University's Professional Studies Department. Questions regarding state approvals may be directed to SCU at (562) 947-8755 x704.
